It is a Bulgarian company established in 2005 and currently employees around 65 year-round employees. During the summer season the company reaches about 260 employees. The head office is based in Varna but there are also operational departments based in the resorts under our management.
Holiday Management Ltd specializes in the management and maintenance of apartment resorts in Bulgaria. Property management of holiday homes, as a second home investment, is a developing concept on the Bulgarian market and still has lot of potential. This company is responsible for the running of the resorts and the servicing of investors’ apartments and also pays the owner a yield if this option is taken. The company develops in the region of the Black Sea Coast in Bulgaria.
