Holiday Management LtD is a newly established Bulgarian company (est. 2005) and managed by Tanyo Gospodinov. Though the company is new it has the heritage of its Danish partner company Strandholms Alle Ltd, proven for its reliability and trustworthiness.

Through sharing competencies and resources among these entities, we at Holiday Management Ltd have the vision “to be recognized as one of the best and most respected property management companies,” at the Black Sea Coast in Bulgaria.

Holiday Management LtD specializes in the management and maintenance of apartment resorts in Bulgaria. Property management of holiday homes, as a second home investment, is a new concept on the Bulgarian market and is still developing. This company is responsible for the running of the resorts and the servicing of investors’ apartments and also pays the owner a yield if this option is taken.
